Bhjee Terms & Conditions — Complete Terms for Accounts, Betting & Payments

Welcome to Bhjee. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Bhjee and all its users. By creating an account, logging in, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have accepted and agreed to these Terms.

A personal account is required to access services on Bhjee. Each user may hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, and if detected, all associated accounts may be closed.

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and your own. Opening an account with false details is a serious violation of Bhjee's terms.

• You must provide your correct name, address, and mobile number at the time of registration.
• A National ID may be required for KYC verification at a later stage.
• It is your responsibility to keep your account password confidential and to change it regularly.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Bhjee reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

You must be at least 18 years old to participate on the Bhjee platform. Account registration by minors is strictly prohibited. Providing false information during age verification will result in permanent account closure and potential forfeiture of any associated balance.

• Proof of age may be requested at the time of registration.
• Parents and guardians are also responsible for keeping minors away from gambling.
• The use of parental control tools is recommended where appropriate.

Before placing bets on Bhjee, make sure you fully understand the rules for your chosen market. Different rules may apply to each sports category.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the staked amount will be refunded.
• Bhjee reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns may be subject to investigation.
• Placing bets on the same outcome of the same event from multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• If your connection drops during live betting, please wait until your bet is confirmed before taking further action.

Bhjee reserves the right to set maximum bet limits. Prior approval may be required for particularly large bets.

Only approved payment methods may be used for deposits and withdrawals on Bhjee. Currently accepted methods include Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and direct bank transfer.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• You must use a mobile number or bank account registered in the account holder's name.
• The use of third-party payment methods is prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests may take between 1 and 24 hours to process.
• Daily withdrawal limits may vary depending on the payment method used.

Bhjee regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each offer carries its own terms, which are clearly stated on the respective offer's detail page.

• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Bonus funds may be subject to restrictions on which games can be used for wagering.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the promotional offer expires.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all associated accounts being closed.

Bhjee reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion. Where possible, members will be notified in advance.

Bhjee expects all members to act honestly and fairly. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.

• Colluding against or defrauding other members.
• Selling, transferring, or renting out your account.
• Knowingly placing bets connected to match-fixing.

Bhjee reserves the right to close an account without notice and withhold the associated balance if the account holder is found engaging in any of the prohibited activities listed above.
