Bhjee retains data only for as long as necessary. Data is kept while your account is active. When an account is closed:

• KYC documents are retained in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
• Marketing data is deleted within 30 days of unsubscribing.

Bhjee strictly does not collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that data from a minor has been collected, it will be deleted immediately.
